Seinfeld: The Trip (2)

Jerry and George try to tell the police that Kramer isn't the Smog Strangler and Kramer is oblivious to the manhunt launched to find him. Jerry and George get a ride in a police car and accidentally let a criminal escape when they exit the car. The police arrest Kramer and take him in for questioning.
