Episode Summary

George tries to keep his ATM code secret from Susan. Elaine becomes interested in a man who can't remember her. Jerry's foot falls asleep at the wrong time and a one-legged man thinks that Jerry's making fun of him. Meanwhile, Kramer gets an emergency band scanner and tries to help reorganize different operations at the fire department.
