| 1 :01x01 - The Shark (Sep/21/2006) | Stark has just been knocked back by a client that he got acquitted and then committed the same crime, but this time it cost someone their life. Stark begins to think he is not able to do his job and defend these people, when the Mayor offers him a job doing the exact opposite, prosecuting them.
Stark's first case is prosecuting a young woman who claims that she had to kill her attacker after he tried to rape her. Now with his group of Deputy D.A.'s, he must try to break down her story and the facts in order to find the truth about what really happened.

Now, Stark has to mend those bridges when he goes after a drug dealer that is on trial for murdering an undercover narcotics detective. Unfortunately, while investigating the case, Stark begins to find evidence of a cop taking the law into his own hands. Stark doesn't believe a word out of his mouth and begins to get his team to mount a case against him that will convict him with or without his wife's remains.
