Sing If You Can is a game show presented by Keith Lemon and Stacey Solomon. Two teams of celebrities perform different popular songs whilst taking part in different challenges which are designed to put them off. The winning team at the end of the show then goes on to play to try and raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust in the final challenge.
