While Chloe is talking to Clark, she loudly says Clark can run faster than a speeding bullet. The janitor is right there but Clark and Chloe don't hesitate a drop.

It isn't explained how Clark manages to get inside hundreds of locked houses - all we see is Clark running around the city and speeding up to Christmas trees to place the gifts on the ground. How would he get in?
