Chloe is helping set up the wedding at the church.

Lana and Lex look at a sonogram of their child.

Clark gets his tuxedo ready for the wedding.

Lana gets into her wedding dress.

Clark looks at a picture of him and Lana dancing, then throws it into the distance with super strength.

Clark: The Wedding Day

Clark arrives at the wedding rehearsal and tells Lex and Lana that he’s there to save Lana. He stabs Lex with a sword. When Lana turns to him, Clark stabs her… and wakes up from his dream. Later, Clark is working in the barn when Chloe calls to tell him she got stuck in the Luthor wine cellar when she went to get Lana’s present for Lex. Clark superspeeds there and frees her, and Chloe insists that Clark should see Lana no matter what. Clark insists Chloe doesn’t know him as well as she thinks and leaves.

Back at the Kent farm, Clark looks at Jonathan’s watch and talks to Martha about how she knew Jonathan was right for her and vice versa. Martha admits that she briefly broke up with Jonathan early in their relationship, but things turned out well and Clark needs to risk things with his relationship. Clark goes to see Lana and prepares to tell her his secret. Lana interrupts to say that she isn’t going to marry Lex. She tells Clark to meet her at the barn later and kisses him. However, once he’s gone, someone comes into Lana’s room…

Lex: The Wedding Day

Lex is having a dream about his child and wakes up to find Lana has already gotten out of bed. She assures him that she’s fine and then goes to meet Chloe. Lex goes to his office and meets with Lionel. Lex wonders if Lana will leave him if she realizes what he’s truly like. Lionel wonders what Lex would do to make sure the marriage goes as plans and Lex says he’d do anything. Lionel says that Lana will be there. Lex gets a call and Lionel listens in as Lex arranges a meeting with the caller.

Lex meets with the caller, Dr. Langston, at a crypt beneath the church where the wedding’s being held. Langston tries to blackmail Lex with secret information he has on Lana’s pregnancy. Lex attacks him and hits him repeatedly until Langston falls and hits his head. Lex hides the body and washes up. Chloe finds him and tells him that Lana has disappeared.

Lana: The Wedding Day

Lana is dreaming of the tornado and Clark rescuing her and wakes up next to Lex. She gets up and looks at some clippings. She talks to Lex after he wakes up, and then meets with her Aunt Nell. Lana wonders if she needs to resolve something and Nell advises her to resolve all of her issues before starting a new life with Lex, but to make sure and protect herself.

Later, Lana meets with Chloe to go over the wedding plans. Lana sends her down to the wine cellar to get the present for Lex she hid down there, and then locks the door behind Chloe. She hides behind some wine racks and watches as Chloe calls Clark. He arrives instantly and Lana watches as he uses his powers to free Chloe, and then discuss how Clark claims he’s protecting Lana by keeping his secret.

Later, Clark comes to tell Lana her secret and she tells him that she isn’t going to marry Lex. She arranges to meet Clark at the barn later. However, once Clark is gone, someone enters her room: Lionel Luthor. He’s seen the letter Lana was going to leave for Lex. He threatens to destroy Clark if she doesn’t go through with the wedding.

The Wedding

Lex and Chloe come into the chapel for the wedding but Lana isn’t there.

Clark is at the Kent farm with Shelby the dog. Lana doesn’t arrive.

Lana finally comes in for the wedding ceremony. Clark, realizing she isn’t coming as planned, superspeeds to the chapel and watches as Lex and Lana recite their vows.

Afterward, Lex goes to finalize their honeymoon travel plans. Clark comes in and Lana tells him that she changed his mind. When Clark insists that Lex must have done something to make to change her mind, Lana warns him to drop it and walks away.

Lionel goes to see Lex and tells him that he knows all about how he accidentally killed Langston. He cleaned up the body after Lex leaves it in the crypt, and assures Lex that he’ll collect on the debt some day. Lana comes in and Lionel welcomes her to the family.

As Lex and Lana get into the limo, Lex notices Clark watching. He ignores him and gets in the car. Lana sees Clark as they drive away but does nothing.
