you don't even have to love musicals to appreciate this show. We're big fans of Catherine since her humble Idol beginnings and have been waiting for her to do something big. Great show, great music, great story line. A Smash hit as far as we're concerned! Read more

Recaps
2x15: The Transfer recap: The episode begins with “Hit List” having moved to Broadway. Jimmy has become somewhat of a celebrity, with people on the street keen to get his autograph and take a picture with him. Karen and Ana are also really excited with the transition. During the previews, Ana has a few goof ups and Jimmy isn’t happy about it. Karen isn’t too worried though and says they will all be ready once it’s time for the real thing. Lindsay Mendez is rehearsing with Tom for her song that she’s singing at Houston and Levitt night. After Lindsay has left, Eileen tells Tom, how important it is that he and Julia present a united front at the Houston and Levitt night... read more.

2x14: The Phenomenon recap: The episode begins with Karen hanging out with Derek at her house and sharing a bottle of wine. It’s 4 in the morning, so Derek decides to leave, but Karen stops him, saying he doesn’t have to. The two begin kissing and making out. At Adam’s, Jimmy wakes up really early in the morning. He arrives at Karen’s apartment building and climbs up to her apartment via the fire escape. He knocks on her window and after she opens it, he apologizes to her for everything. While he is apologizing, he sees Derek in the background and immediately leaves without saying anything more. At Eileen’s office, Tom, Ivy and her mother arrive to talk about the Tony’s... read more.

2x13: The Producers recap: The episode begins with Ivy and other cast members of “Bombshell” teaching a bunch of kids how to do the mambo, in front of TV cameras. They are all exhausted from doing back to back shows, but have to do this for the publicity of the show. While watching them perform, Eileen informs Tom that Julia has decided to go ahead with “Gatsby” and Scott Nichols has already spoken to his board about it. At the “Hit List” rehearsal hall, Ana and Karen are sharing cold vibes between them because Ana is still seeing Adam. There is a photo shoot happening and everyone expect Jimmy has arrived. Derek and Nichols aren’t pleased to learn this... read more.

2x12: Opening Night recap: The episode begins with Ivy, her mom and a few others cast members talking about the opening night of “Bombshell”, which is tomorrow. Tom and Julia too are waiting intently for the opening night. While talking about the opening night, Agnes tells Eileen that despite her and Richard not doing well as a couple, Eileen has to invite Richard for the premier because it’s good for the show. At the “Hit List” dressing room, Nichol gives everyone the good news that they are sold out for the rest of their run. After which, Nichol adds that they have all been invited by Eileen to the opening night of “Bombshell”... read more.

2x11: The Dress Rehearsal recap: The episode begins with Tom waking up from a nightmare, in which he was standing naked onstage with an auditorium full of people laughing at him. Ivy and Derek have spent the night together and after waking up, they talk about “Bombshell’s” dress rehearsal, which is today. While on the way to the auditorium, Tom tells Julia, how nervous he is about today, but Julia assures him things will turn out fine. At Jimmy’s, he tells Karen that he isn’t too happy with Ana’s part in the play being increased and is even worried that Ana might end up being the lead. He feels Derek has deliberately done this because he isn’t happy with Karen and him (Jimmy) dating... read more.
