Gemma goes to visit Wayne Unser to check on him. He is just living in a trailer with nothing and his phone has been disconnected. She tells him that Clay came home today and he forgot. He feels bad that he forgot. He lost track of time. She asks how the new meds are and he says he quit taking them. He can't afford them and the coverage isn't good. He said all they do is making the puke and sleep. She wonders what is going on with him. He seems unnerved. He wonders if Clay knows that he and Della split up. He isn't aware. Gemma brought him medicinal grade marijuana. He's scared he's going to die and he is suffering through it alone. He starts to cry.

Their baby is crying and sounds hungry. Opie is packing his bag to get his stuff ready since they are getting married. Jax goes to get the baby and brings her him and the bottle. He has put the engagement ring into the baby's hand and gives him to her. She sees the ring and is shocked. He tells her that they should get married. He loves her and he has loved her since he was sixteen. She worries that they are going to grow up in this and he says that they are not going to. He just needs to earn money before he leaves the club. He doesn't want to live off of his wife. He can't. He says that Clay's days are numbered, because of his hands. He believes he will be able to get out. He asks that she trusts him. They will be a real family.
Clay visits Unser. They talk about how he is pretty much impoverished at this point. They discuss Charming and worried that the town is worse. It doesn't hurt as much being unplugged. The cop asks Roosevelt who the bad guys are and he says love is in the air. Then a truck goes speeding by. Roosevelt tells the cop to make sure the party doesn't leave the reservation. Piney is walking Opie's bride down the aisle and he gives her away, too. They have a beautiful wedding outside in the nature at the reservation. Opie's words were not as loving and he seemed nervous, like he felt weird about marrying someone other than Donna. Now everyone is dancing and having a great time at the reception. Some of the guys end up doing a job while it is happening.
Clay tells the leader of the Mayan's that he needs to be careful, because there is local law nosing around. Gemma dances with Unser and Clay smiles because he needed it. The guys are talking wedding gifts and end up showing the merchandise a bit. Opie and Lyla do their first dance and the others go to check out the rest of the merchandise. Otto has been given a knife and it seems that he has cut himself out of the straps and had set it up so that he could stab the guy that shivved Jax in prison. He stabs him through his ear after telling him “This is for Jax Teller”.
Chibbs, Bobby, Happy, and Juice are with the Russians getting shipment and end up shooting up the guys that set up the shivving of Jax.
