Mr. Mackey is South Park Elementary's guidance counselor. He has the annoying habit of saying "M'kay?" at the end of every statement. Mackey continually warns the students about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, though he once went on a bender himself and had to be rescued by the townspeople. He had a sexual relationship with Ms. Choksondik, after becoming close to her when the two of them taught sex ed together.
