Stan's grandfather turns 102, and all he really wants for his birthday is to die (whether it's by his or someone else's hands), so he begins pestering his grandson (Stan) to kill him, which makes Stan conflicted over whether or not it's okay to assist someone with suicide. Meanwhile, Kyle's mother (named Carol in this episode, though later episodes have her name as Sheila) begins an anti-indecency campaign against Cartoon Central airing the gross-out Canadian show, "Terrence and Phillip."
