Stan is sure that the pet fish his Aunt Flo gives him is evil. When dead bodies start to appear in Stan's room, his mother suspects him of the crimes, and not the fish. Meanwhile, Cartman is acting unusually friendly and kind, which makes the other boys instantly suspicious.
Stan: Dude, my mom's having her monthly visitor.
Kyle: Aunt Flo?
Stan: Yeah. Every time she shows up my mom turns into a total bitch.
Kyle: You seem tired, Stan.
Stan: I haven't been sleeping well.
Stan: My pet goldfish killed another random person last night.
Kyle: Ho, that sucks, dude.
Kyle: Dude, why is your store called 'The Indian Burial Ground Pet Store?'
Clerk: Well, there was an Indian burial ground here before I bought it.
Stan: So you just... built your store on top of an Indian burial ground?
Clerk: Oh, hell no! First I dug up all the bodies, pissed on 'em, then buried them again upside down.
Clerk: Why? I don't know. I was drunk.
Kyle: (to Cartman)
Uh, nice costume, dude. Who are you supposed to be? Luke Perry?

This is reminiscent of the television special, A Charlie Brown Christmas
, when Linus says, "I never thought it was such a bad little tree. It's not bad at all, really. Maybe it just needs a little love."

continually flash across the screen during the show. This was a Halloween episode, and evidently Trey Parker and Matt Stone find her scary, as demonstrated in the episode, "Mecha-Streisand
