Episode Quotes
Grandpa: Why the hell do you wanna take these boys to see that foo-foo French theater crap? You're gonna turn them into poofters!
Sharon: Dad, Stanley needs to see the arts!
Grandpa: Well, he doesn't need to see a bunch of frogs prance around in tights and make-up wrappin' their peckers around each other's faces!

Kyle: Those contorting Romanian chicks rule.
Cartman: Yeah, especially the second one from the left. She was fine.
Kyle: Cartman, what the hell are you talking about? They're identical.
Cartman: Not that second one from the left, she had it going on!

Cultural References
Sheila: Oh, I'm so excited. I've always wanted to see Cirque du Cheville!

Cirque du Cheville is a parody of Cirque du Soleil (which is French for "Circus of the Sun"). Cirque du Soleil bills itself as a "modern circus" that originally formed in Quebec, Canada, though it now has shows in Las Vegas, Nevada and Orlando, Florida. Unlike a traditional circus that uses animal acts, it is all human-performance based, and includes contortionists, jugglers, feats of strength, clowning, and trapeze artists, etc. Each show features a storyline, and draws from other performance elements, such as busking, opera, ballet, and rock music.

Grandpa: No, Billy! You're gonna stay here and watch more MacGyver. We've gotta get all the Frenchy-poo fag-nasties out of ya.

MacGyver was an action-adventure show starring Richard Dean Anderson. It ran from 1985 - 1994.

Visual: Book title - "Singing like Bocelli for Dummies"

Andrea Bocelli is an Italian singer of both opera and classical music. He also writes and produces music. He is blind, due to congenital glaucoma.

It is also mimicking the "For Dummies" series of instructional books.

Audio: Con Te Partirò

The song Kenny sings in his bedroom is called "Con Te Partirò," which is an Italian song made famous by singer Andrea Bocelli. The music was written by Francesco Sartori, and the lyrics by Lucio Quarantotto.
