South Park becomes obsessed with Jared, the guy who lost a lot of weight eating at Subway restaurants, and they are shocked to learn he had help from aides. Of course, they think he meant "AIDS" and they are furious with him. Meanwhile, the boys fatten up Butters so he can lose weight eating Chinese food, just like Jared did with Subway.

The episode begins with the boys prank calling the owner of City Wok Chinese Restaurant. The boys are amused by his Chinese accent and continue to call him until he realizes it's a prank. Meanwhile, Jared Fogle pays a visit to South Park. He is greeted like a hero and he gives a speech to the townspeople about his views on weight loss. Afterward, the boys go to speak to Jared. He tells them that it isn't JUST eat Subway that helped him lose weight, he also got aides. The boys are shocked, thinking he meant that he had AIDS, but explains that he hired a personal trainer and a dietician. They breathe a sigh of relief, understanding. After complaints from viewers due to Butters' parents treatment of him, this episode was banned from Comedy Central.
Stan: Yeah, it's only in America somebody could become famous because they go from being a big fat ass to NOT being a big fat ass.
Kyle: Chef, we need Butters to gain about fifty pounds, fast.
Chef: Fifty pounds? Why?
Cartman: Uh... School project.
Chef: Well, if you want him to get really fat as fast as possible, one of you will have to marry him.
Stan: Marry him?
Chef: It definitely worked for every woman I ever met.
Kyle: (regarding the new, fat Butters) Wow! He looks great!
Stan: How do you feel, Butters?
Butters: Well... kinda like Cartman.
