The boys are spending the night at Stan's to see the new Terrance and Phillip movie trailer the first time it comes on. It is set to premiere during one of the commercial breaks for Fightin' Round the World with Russell Crowe.
Shelly gives them permission to watch it as long as they buy her tampons. While they are watching TV, Cartman claims that the color is "saturated" and tries to fix it, making the TV explode. With no time to be mad at Cartman, the boys head to Kyle's house to watch. Ike is watching the McNeil Report when they arrive, and Kyle pushes him aside. Kyle's father reprimands him, and allows Ike to watch his show, forcing the boys to go someplace else.
The boys can't go to Cartman's house because it is being fumigated, and Butters insists that they can't go to his house, so the boys go to Chef's house to watch on his new plasma TV. The first commercial break comes on, but the trailer isn't shown. Instead, Chef fumbles with the remote, causing the TV to come to life and walk away. The TV goes down the street and begins wreaking havoc. Chef calls up sustomer service, and begins following the robot TV around town while customer service explains to him how to fix the TV. The boys head to the local bar, but are kicked out for being minors. They then go to the Retirement Community, where elders don't take kindly to them changing the channel on their TV. In order to make the boys leave, the elders simultaneously release their bowels, and the boys are so grossed out that they leave.
The boys resort to watching TV in an alley with a bunch of homeless people, but the robot TV shows up and they run away. Now desperate, the boys try to watch at Cartman's house despite the fumes. They do their best to deal with it, but the fumes are just too much and the boys leave the house gasping for air. They finally ask Butters why they can't go to his house. Butters replies that his parents aren't home and he doesn't have a babysitter. Shocked, the boys rush to Butters' house vowing to kill him later. They arrive just in time for the last commercial break and see the trailer. The trailer is very simple and doesn't give much away, but the boys are overjoyed to see it. They then head to Clyde's house to watch it again and again since Clyde taped the trailer. Share this article with your friends
