Professor Chaos - Recap

<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The boys call Butters to a meeting and explain to him "delicately" that it's just not working out with him as the fourth friend. They thank him for all his hard work, and then begin a comptetition similar to ABC's The Bachelor to try and find a new replacement fourth friend. Butters feels rejected and furious at the world that has shunned him and creates an alternate evil personality: Professor Chaos. He then sets off to spread chaos and doom by going to Bennigan's and switching people's meals and stealing Ms. Choksondik's erasers at school.

For the boys' fourth friend competition, they gather together 20 boys, some who appear a lot, and others who've only appeared in one or two episodes. The begin to do different things with the boys and their interactions are shown in a reality show-like format. Early on, a boy named Dougie is kicked out, and ends up joining Professor Chaos and becomes known as General Disarray. Together, they begin to create childish plans to destroy the world such as flooding the earth with a garden hose and destroying the ozone layer by spraying hair spray cans nonstop.

Meanwhile, Stan, Kyle, and Cartman's contest has dwindled down to just 6 finalists: Token, Jimmy, Tweek, Timmy, Towelie, and Pip. Pip is eliminated during a baseball game when he asks for tea and crumpets as opposed to soda and hot dogs. The boys sit down and deliberate about the remaining 5 candidates. Cartman points out that Token is a smartass, and even though Cartman is a smartass, he argues, "Well do we really need more than one?" Stan and Kyle agree. They decide that Timmy can be too self-centered, Jimmy is too much of a suck up, and Towelie is just too high all the time. The decision goes into a cliffhanger with the three questions being asked: "Will Professor Chaos' latest plot succeed and be the final undoing of Earth? Which boy has been chosen as the replacement for Kenny? And which of these South Park residents (Chef, Mr. Garrison, Jimbo, Officer Barbrady, Ms. Choksondik, and Mayor McDaniels) was killed and will never be seen again?"

Instead of ending the episode that way, the narrator then answers those questions promptly saying, "No, Tweek, Ms Choksondik." And with that the episode ends.
