  Episode Summary
The boys start feeling a sense of deja-vu, as if they're repeating the episode "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe."   Episode Quotes
Chef: Who's havin' butt sex?

Kyle: What's a proctologist, Chef?
Chef:
He's a doctor that specializes in your asshole, children.
Stan: You mean, at some point in this doctor's life he decided he wanted to work on people's butt holes.
Chef: That's right.
Kyle: What a dick!

Cartman: Kyle, I swear, if I didn't have a guy's hand up my ass right now, I'd leap across the room and kick you in the nuts.

  Cultural References
Cartman: What the Funk and Wagnalls are you talkin' about?

Funk and Wagnalls is a publishing company known for their general reference dictionaries and encyclopedias. They are based in New York City.

Stan: Yeah, that's like that stupid movie, Contact.

The alien chooses to appear as Randy Marsh (Stan's father) saying it would be easier for Stan to talk to him that way, just as the alien did in the 1997 film Contact.

Cartman: Eh. Uh! I'm trapped inside Helen Hunt's ass!

Helen Hunt is an American actress in television and films. She is known for starring as Jamie Buchman on the sitcom Mad About You, and in films such as As Good as it Gets (1997).

Visual: the alien chooses the forms of celebrities

Some of the celebrities the alien takes the form of, are: Chicago Bulls basketball star Michael Jordan, boxing promoter Don King, Fantasy Island characters Mr. Roarke and Tattoo, comedian George Burns, Good Times star Jimmie Walker, former dictator Saddam Hussein, rap star Missy Elliott, and singer Frank Sinatra.

Alien: We at Nerzod Productions started twenty billion years ago with one philosophy: the best universal television isn't scripted, it's real. We started with great shows like, "Who Wants To Marry A Gelgamek?" and "Antares 6 Millionaire." And then we had a big hit with "Get Me Outta Here, I'm a Klingnanian."

These shows parody the actual reality series, Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire, Joe Millionaire, and I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!

  Episode References
Stan: (to Cartman) No, dude, this happened before! Aliens put some device in you and then we tied you up to a tree and you went up on their ship! You don't remember that?

Stan is referring to South Park's pilot episode, "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe."

Stan: My God, do you guys realize? This is only the second time we've ever been in outer space!

The first time the boys were in outer space was in the episode, "Starvin' Marvin in Space!"
