Jimmy and Timmy are preparing to participate in the Special Olympics, but Jimmy thinks maybe his training isn’t enough. While Jimmy tries steroids to improve his performance, Cartman pretends to be mentally challenged in order to compete and win a cash prize. Kyle and Timmy both try to stop their friends from cheating, but neither has any success.
