You Got F**ked in the Ass - Recap

<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The boys are playing outside when a group of Orange County kids walk up, turn on a boom box, dance, and tell them they just “got served”. The boys have no idea what just happened, so they visit Chef looking for an explanation. Chef keeps assuring them they are all okay, and calls their parents to inform them of the events.

At dinner that night, Stan’s mom tells his dad about the boys being served that day. Randy Marsh is angry that Stan and his friends didn’t accept the dance challenge. When Stan protests that he doesn’t know how to dance, his dad tells him to get out in the garage so he can teach him some moves. Randy puts in a Billy Ray Cyrus CD and begins performing a line dance for Stan.

The next day the boys are walking along when the same group of OC kids approaches them. Once again, they begin to dance, and a crowd gathers to watch. Stan turns off their music and slips the Billy Ray Cyrus CD into the boom box, and begins to do the line dance his dad taught him. Chef sees this and tries to stops him, but it’s too late - the war is “on”. The OC kids tell Stan and the boys that they’ll see them on Saturday for the dance competition.

Sharon Marsh berates Randy for getting Stan in trouble, so Randy heads to the convention center where the OC kids are practicing, to tell their coach that it’s “not on”. Their coach tells Randy that they can’t back out, and then he serves Randy, who ends up in the hospital as a result. Stan realizes that he is in serious trouble, so he sets out to find four other kids who will dance with him.

He approaches some Goth kids, and finds one who is non-conformist enough to help him. They go to the arcade, and find another kid who’s really good at Dance Dance Revolution, and he agrees to join the group. The Goth kid mentions that they need a girl in the dance group too, so they go to “Raisins” where they find a girl who’s willing to dance with them. She suggests they add Leopold Stotch as the final member of the group, because he was a state champion tap dancer. They go to ask Butters to participate. Butters yells “no” and runs upstairs. Mrs. Stotch explains that Butters hasn’t danced since “the tragedy”, and asks them all to leave. Butters pulls a box of mementos out of his closet and looks at old newspaper clippings from his tap dancing days, then pulls out his tap shoes which are spattered with blood, and begins to cry.

Stan and his new dance team go to a farm to see a dancing duck and ask it to be their fifth member. The duck just sits there until the farmer begins to play the fiddle, then the duck gets up and does a few steps, so they add the duck to their group. Meanwhile, Butters is reliving his dancing days. He remembers the time he was on stage, and his tap shoe flew off his foot into the air and hit a stage light, which fell on someone in the audience. A chain reaction started among the stage lights and they all crashed down, crushing several audience members. Butters was frozen onstage, witnessing the horror his shoe caused.

At dance practice, Chef is surprised at the diverse group he must coach for the contest. When he turns on the music, each of the kids (and the duck) begins to dance in their own personal style. They are so bad, that Chef tells them to hope the other team comes down with cancer. Stan goes to see Butters and try to convince him one last time to join the group, but Butters angrily tells him to get out.

The night of the event, the duck sprains his ankle and can’t dance. The group thinks they’re going to have to forfeit, but the door opens and Butters walks in and joins them. The OC group goes first, then the South Park kids, featuring Butters. Butters dances with so much energy, that once again, his shoe flies off, hits a stage light, and the whole lighting system crashes down on the OC kids, killing them. The MC declares that since the OC group is dead, the South Park kids win, and the crowd cheers. Everyone rushes up and celebrates around Butters, who is screaming in shock.
