Cartman disguises himself as a robot to fool Butters into revealing embarrassing secrets, but he discovers that Butters also has some embarrassing information about him. Cartman’s disguise is good enough to fool several movie producers and the military, and they all want to use him for personal or political gain.

Butters is at home when a large, mysterious box is delivered to his doorstep. He opens it, and out steps AWESOM-O 4000, a robot with Cartman’s voice, who says he was sent to Butters from Japan to be his new best friend. AWESOM-O tells Butters that he should share all his secrets with him. Butters tells AWESOM-O that he has to wear a diaper and take anal suppositories because of a medical condition, and that he gets bullied by Cartman at school. ..

The much-anticipated episode of Lemmiwinks was announced for this date but was delayed to a later date. Trey Parker stated:
"Due to this week's tragic events in Hawaii, the Lemmiwinks episode of South Park will not be shown tonight. Instead, we present the all-new and slightly better episode, AWESOM-O."
