South Park: Go God Go XII (2)
Cartman is furious when his saviors in the future can't hook up the Nintendo Wii for him to play, so he makes a few phone calls to the past to try and prevent him from freezing himself. Of course, interfering with the past can drastically change the future, and Cartman may alter history forever. He also reveals a little secret that Ms. Garrison didn't want Richard Dawkins to know.

In "Go God Go" when Richard Dawson and Ms. Garrison are having sex, her phone is on the nightstand on the left side of the room. But in this episode, which shows the same scene, the phone is on the shelf on the right side of the room, conveniently located where Mr. Dawson can answer it during sex. Though possible this was an alteration caused by Cartman's future actions, it seems unlikely, and is probably a continuity error.
