Near the beginning of the episode, Stan tells Butters that Tammy Warner is Kenny's "first real girlfriend ever." However, Kenny was also in a short relationship with Kelly in "Rainforest Schmainforest."

The Ticketmaxx store where Kenny buys the Jonas Brothers tickets has several posters on the wall, most of them being parodies of famous musical theatre shows.

One of the tours listed on the Ticketmaxx store calendar reads Stinky Britches Tour. This is a reference to the song "Stinky Britches." In the season two episode "Chef Aid," Chef finds out Alanis Morissette has stolen his song and not given him proper credit for it.
