Recap

The scene opens with a slave ship being liberated in typical blood-drawing fashion by Spartacus and Agron as previously planned; once again they exhibit their true warrior skills in this bloody battle. The slave warriors are a savage breed familiar to Agron; and thus Agron and Spartacus are hoping to get their assistance in their mission, as they alone would find it difficult to rage on their struggle against the Romans and thus would need all the help they can get in their endeavor. Meanwhile, even freshly freed, the band of ex-slaves is wild and borderline uncontrollable; it’s apparent why Spartacus and Agron would want them by their side; their aggression if properly channeled would prove to be a great asset for Spartacus and his men. ..
