The Beyonder removed Spider-Man from Earth, and placed him in an unknown dimension, where he ordered Spider-Man to make a team of superheroes to defeat the super villains that he placed in this dimension one year before Spider-Man arrived. They'd destroyed this dimension's land and conquered it. Spider-Man was given a transportation device, that could only transport six seven heroes. Spider-Man led his team to victory.
After that was over, The Beyonder took Spider-Man back to an alternate-Earth in which Ben Riley (Scarlet Spider) lived. The Earth was in ruins, having been destroyed by Spider-Carnage, which was a clone of the Scarlet Spider, who bonded with the Carnage symbiote. Spider-Man was given the task of taking down Spider-Carnage, who was destined to destroy every universe, dimension, and alternate-reality that exists. His team consisted of various Spider-Men from other realities.
