1 :01x01 - Night of the Lizard (Nov/19/1994)
Peter is offered a thousand-dollar bonus if he can manage to obtain an image of the Lizard, a humanoid lizard which has been roaming the sewers and has captured a sewer-worker. While investigating, he learns that the Lizard was once Dr. Curt Connors, Peter’s science teacher and friend. Dr. Connors was studying the power of neogenics, and came to the conclusion that when injected with the DNA of a reptile, then treated by the neogenic recombinator, one could recreate lost limbs, just as a reptile. Dr. Connors had lost his right arm while in the army, so he decided to be the first human to have the process tested on. It is a success, though he ends up transforming into a humanoid lizard, one which is bent on turning the rest of the human race into humanoid lizards as well.

2 :01x02 - The Spider Slayer (1) (Feb/04/1995)
Spencer Smythe agrees to design and construct a project entitled the “Spider Slayer” for Norman Osborn, as in return Norman will provide the funds for Spencer to construct a “hover chair” which will give Spencer’s handicapped son, Alistair, a better means of transportation.
Meanwhile, Flash decides to dress up as Spider-Man and raid Felicia's party that Peter is attending. Eddie reports this live on television and unmasks Spider-Man, though once he sees that it's Flash, he knows he's got the wrong person, making the entire Daily Bugle look like fools.

The Kingpin offers open arms to Alistair after his father, Spencer is supposedly dead. Alistair mistakenly believes that Spider-Man is behind the death of his father, so he seeks revenge against him, with the additional aid of the Kingpin, as well as his vast weaponry.

4 :01x04 - Doctor Octopus: Armed and Dangerous (Feb/18/1995)
Dr. Otto Octavius needs money to fund his scientific research, so he decides to kidnap Felicia Hardy, daughter of the extremely wealthy Anastasia Hardy, and demand a heavy ransom. Peter is present at the time of the kidnapping, though he is helpless to stop Octavius without revealing his secret identity to the both of them. Peter tries to convince the authorities that a man with four mechanical arms is behind the kidnapping, though they laugh off his theory. However, Jameson believes Peter’s story and goes on live television telling Octavius to contact them, though when he does, Jameson loses control of himself and insults Octavius, convincing Octavius to have Jameson deliver the ransom. Obviously, Jameson is taken hostage as well, leaving it up to Spider-Man to save the day.

5 :01x05 - The Menace of Mysterio (Feb/25/1995)
Spider-Man’s popularity is already less than spectacular, so when an illusionist named Mysterio frames Spider-Man for museum robberies, then appears claiming to be their savior from him, the town believes every word of it, and are convinced that he’s a hero. After an encounter with Mysterio, Spider-Man is presumed dead, and decides to hang up his Spider-Man costume, though Detective Terry Lee convinces him to don them once again.

6 :01x06 - The Sting of the Scorpion (Mar/11/1995)
While on a study-date with Felicia, Peter notices a guy following him, so he leaves Felicia to find out what he’s up to. Before he can apprehend the stalker, an explosion goes off, causing Spider-Man to lose track of him. The man turns out to be Mac Gargan, a man who’s always being intimidated and insulted by others, who was hired by Jameson to find out how Peter always gets his photos of Spider-Man, believing they have some sort of a connection. Peter decides to become Spider-Man and convince Jameson that he can’t stand Peter, and in the process humiliates Mac Gargan, who now wants revenge. Jameson hires Dr. Farley Stillwell, the creator of neogenics, to enhance Mac Gargan’s strength and stamina so that he can defeat Spider-Man. Dr. Stillwell combines Mac Gargan’s DNA with that of a scorpion, as scorpions are natural predators of spiders, using the neogenic recombinator. Now deemed “the Scorpion”, Mac sets out to destroy Spider-Man, though he becomes ashamed at what he’s become and decides to destroy the city if he isn’t turned back into Mac Gargan again.

7 :01x07 - Kraven The Hunter (Apr/01/1995)
Peter is set to interview the scientific genius, Dr. Mariah Crawford, when he sees her under attack by an insane man named Kraven. Spider-Man sets out to simply capture Kraven and have him arrested, though Dr. Crawford forbids it, as he used to be the love of her life, Sergei Kravenoff. While performing research in Africa, Sergei became ill of a poisonous and fatal disease, though his life was saved by Dr. Crawford, who gave him a life-saving formula. As a side-effect of the formula, Sergei became Kraven the Hunter.

8 :01x08 - The Alien Costume (1) (Apr/29/1995)
While on a space-mission on the moon, John Jameson, son of J. Jonah Jameson, discovers Promethium X, one of the most valuable elements known to man. En route back to Earth, the Promethium begins to act violently, causing John Jameson to travel off course, and crash-land on the Brooklyn Bridge. Spider-Man sees this as the ultimate opportunity to gain the trust of J. Jonah Jameson, as if he rescues his son, Jameson will believe him to be a hero. His plan nearly works, though he’s disrupted by the Rhino, who was hired by the Kingpin to steal the Promethium X. He’s ultimately successful, and once he leaves he believes he’ll finally be accepted as a hero to the city, though he awakes the next day to be accused of stealing the Promethium X by Eddie Brock, who takes pictures of him leaving the ship. Spider-Man plans to give up the superhero business, though the next day, he finds himself in the middle of Manhattan in a black-symbiotic suit which gives him superior-strength and the power to change his appearance. Soon, the new suit corrupts Spider-Man, almost to the point of killing.

9 :01x09 - The Alien Costume (2) (May/06/1995)
Jameson is enraged with anger after learning from Eddie Brock that Spider-Man robbed the space shuttle and stole the Promethium X, so he goes on television claiming to pay anyone who can apprehend Spider-Man four-million dollars. Quickly transforming from an unpopular vigilante to New York’s Most Wanted, Spider-Man tries to set the record straight with Jameson, telling him that the Rhino stole the Promethium X from the shuttle. John Jameson confirms this accusation, causing Jameson to fire Eddie Brock for lying to him.
Meanwhile, Spider-Man has Dr. Connors examine the symbiote, and learns that it is a parasite-like creature which will eventually take over its host. Before he gets rid of the symbiote, Spider-Man obtains the Promethium X from the Kingpin, who decides to kidnap John Jameson and hold him for ransom, with the ransom being the Promethium X.

10 :01x10 - The Alien Costume (3) (May/13/1995)
Eddie Brock returns, seeking revenge against Spider-Man with his new found alliance with the Venom symbiote. Due to Venom having been attached to Spider-Man for so long, it knows that Spider-Man is really Peter Parker, and Eddie Brock now knows, as well. This, along with the fact that Venom doesn’t trigger Spider-Man’s Spider-Sense, makes him perhaps the most dangerous villain Spider-Man will ever face.

11 :01x11 - The Hobgoblin (1) (May/20/1995)
Norman Osborn has gotten himself in too deep with the Kingpin, and has to find a way out, so he creates the Hobgoblin out of a street punk to assassinate him. The plan goes awry when Peter is present at the time of the attempted assassination, and prevents it from occurring. The Hobgoblin ventures to the Kingpin’s fortress to finish the job, though the tables are turned on him, and suddenly, the Hobgoblin is about to die. However, the Kingpin offers him better equipment, in exchange for the life of Norman Osborn. The Hobgoblin accepts, and kidnaps Harry Osborn, the son of Norman Osborn, injuring Aunt May in the process.

12 :01x12 - The Hobgoblin (2) (May/27/1995)
Spider-Man is furious with the fact that Aunt May was injured by the Hobgoblin, making it personal that he brings him to justice. He goes to Norman Osborn, hoping that he has any news on the kidnapping, who tells him he’s made a deal that will make him get Harry back by midnight. The plan goes haywire once the Hobgoblin takes over the Kingpin’s fortress and decides to keep his hostage. The Kingpin and Norman Osborn decide to team up to destroy mutual enemies, and stage it so their two enemies, Spider-Man and the Hobgoblin, fight to the finish.

13 :01x13 - Day of the Chameleon (Jun/11/1995)
The Chameleon, one of the most deadly assassins alive, is hired to assassinate two foreign diplomats who are scheduled to sign a peace treaty at a ceremony hosted by Jameson. The Chameleon isn’t by far an average hit-man, as he possesses a belt buckle which enables him to change into a direct carbon copy of anyone he chooses. Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. plan to stop see to it that the Chameleon isn’t successful, though Spider-Man decides to lend them a helping hand.
