  Episode Summary
A giant web of kidnapping occurs when Silvermane kidnaps Vanessa Fisk, which he plans to use to force the Kingpin into giving him the Tablet of Time. The Kingpin responds by kidnapping Alisa Silver, the daughter of Silvermane. Meanwhile, Dr. Connors has been kidnapped by Silvermane, who plans to have him work on the Tablet to get it to work. This spells disaster, as Margaret Connors was kidnapped to insure that Spider-Man would hand over Dr. Connors to him, as the Kingpin has the same plan as Silvermane.
Meanwhile, Dr. Connors is able to get the Tablet of Time in working order, though he feels that he must study it much longer to make sure it’s in perfect condition, which Silvermane doesn’t agree with. He decides to use it before Dr. Connors’ approval, which proves to be a bad decision, as it ends up turning him into a baby.

Tombstone: (about the Kingpin) I'll take care of him. Let me go size him up for one of my coffins.

Spider-Man: Why can't I be meeting Meg Ryan up here?

The Kingpin: You incompetent fools!

Tombstone: Connors is finshed; it's time.
Silvermane: Yes, that's what this is all about -- time. Time to rebuild my empire... and destroy the Kingpin's.

Spider-Man: That's Silvermane? That's the guy I rescued from Doc Ock and the others. If I'd known who he was, I would have handed him over to them with a ribbon and bow.

Silvermane: (to Spider-Man) Once I'm young again, you'll have the honor of being the first person I destroy.

Spider-Man: They just don't make mega-slayers like they used to.

  Episode Goofs
How can Alisa possibly blame Dr. Connors / the Lizard, Spider-Man, and Hammerhead for her father turning into a baby when they didn't interrupt the process at all?

This episode marks the second time that Dr. Connors becomes the Lizard during this storyline, though each time, no one can tell who he is, even though he's wearing the exact same clothing as Dr. Connors. In this instance, they should have been aware of it even more, as in this episode, Dr. Connors becomes the Lizard inside of the cell he's being held in, and breaks out of it. Yet, everyone asks where Dr. Connors went.
