Adrian Toomes is furious at Norman Osborn, who has recently taken over as the head of Toomes Aeronautical, at which he was the former head of, as well as the creator. He decides that if Norman Osborn is killed, he’ll be elected the head once more. Using the Tablet of Time, Toomes created a vulture-like suit with razor-sharp wings that allow him to fly. The suit also allows him to restore his youth, temporarily, by stealing the transferring other’s youth to him. With his new suit and temporary youth, he decides to kill Norman Osborn and reclaim his rightful position as the head of Toomes Aeronautical.
Meanwhile, Mary Jane’s father has contacted her, and wants the two to meet. Mary Jane decides that she wants someone to be with her when she meets him, and chooses Peter… over Harry.
