The Scorpion: (upon destroying the stand with his tail) Keep the change.
Old Woman: Thank you, Spider-Man.
Old Spider-Man: Hey, us old folks have to stick together.
Old Woman: I had no idea Spider-Man was a senior citizen.
Old Spider-Man: It's the job; it ages you.
J. Jonah Jameson: Robbie, why is it that having no responsibility goes hand-in-hand with being young?
Scientist #1: (about Dr. Stillwell) Remember the Scorpion? Well, this guy created him. He was a scientist on the cutting edge.
Scientist #2: Well, he's over the edge, now.
Spider-Man: (upon receiving his youth) I'm baaaaack!
When Scorpion begins spraying acid, it drips from the ceiling above on to the computer monitor below. Dr. Stillwell tells the Scorpion to stop, as he'll destroy the neogenic files. However, instead of taking the computer tower, itself (which stores the files), he takes the keyboard.
