Flats started out as as a background character in Season 1. He got a big role in a Season 2 episode, "The Bully". According to that episode, he enjoys beating people up. He tries to hurt SpongeBob, but he can't since SpongeBob only absorbs his punches. He eventually gets tired of trying to beat up Spongebob and faints. After that episode, Flats has just disappeared and was never seen again. He is not evil or anything, but he is a little vicious. |

The Flying Dutchman that likes to scare people and can tie knots. He haunts the town of Bikini Bottom. In one episode, SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward get stuck on his ship and he is forced to grant them three wishes. He is not evil really, but he just hates it when people annoy him.

Squilliam is not an enemy of SpongeBob, but a huge enemy of Squidward. He looks and acts exactly like Squidward, but he has everything Squidward doesn't have: Fame, Fortune, and Hair. Squidward met him in band class, which was when they become arch enemies. Squidward once tried to arrange a band, to beat Squilliam's band, the bubble blow. Also, Squidward turned the Krusty Krab into a five-star resturant once, to impress Squilliam.
