A. Realistic Fish-Head is a news reporter, and the announcer of many events.

The doctor, who is a purple, and wears glasses and a lab coat, works in the Bikini Bottom Hospital, and is also a veterinarian.

The Mayor Of Bikini Bottom participated in the Bikini Bottom snail races, and also announced the opening of an unfinished bridge.

Nancy is another background fish. She has white hair and wear a yellow dress. She was named in "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy 5."

The Narrator is the announcer of Spongebob and the Patchy The Pirate segments.

Neptune has been mentioned numerous times in many episodes, and first appeared in Neptune's Spatula. He can do many things, but is still learning how to cook. He is another person that has a different appearence sometimes. The Neptune that couldn't make the best Krabby Patty is Neptune IV. He was named that in The Krusty Towers. He had a much bigger role in the SpongeBob Squarepants Movie, when SpongeBob and Patrick had to retrieve his crown from the dreaded Shell City.

Old Man Jenkins appears several times in many episodes, but each time he looks different and changes colors. He has been green, purple, blue, and orange. His jobs also change, from farmer, to sailor, to human cannonball.

Perch Perkins is a new reporter in Bikini Bottom. He was first seen in the movie, then he returns for a couple Season 4 episodes.

Scooter is a background character. Although, his biggest role would probably be in "Ripped Pants" where he keeps thinking SpongeBob is cool for ripping his pants. Scooter can usually be seen hanging out at the Goo Lagoon.

Scooter died in "Bubble Buddy" from drowning in the goo, but he's still seen alive in later episodes. He also possibly died in the episodes "Band Geeks" when he was blown up in the air and "My Pretty Seahorse" when Mystery kicked him into a mine field. Scooter was named in "Party Pooper Pants".

Tom is another background character. He can be seen working as a bartender at the Goo Lagoon or as a regular customer at the Krusty Krab. He even has a female counter part of himself, as seen in "Doing Time" and the Lost Episode. He was named in "Patty Hype"
