| Quality isn't nearly as good as it used to be

Maybe it has something to do with the writers or maybe its because its suffering the same fate The Simipsons are, the longevity=decline in quality factor. The point is, Spongebob, in the last season or so has faced decline in quality. The episodes are becoming more and more childish and ridiculous. Where as the older, were more appealing to anyone of any age, these new episodes are almost insulting. Don't get me wrong, the idea of a talking sponge living in a pineapple under the sea is pretty original, but let the show end before it becomes too unbearable to watch.
