The no nonsense head of Deep Space Nine, Benjamin Sisko was recommended to the post by Enterprise Captain Jean-Luc Picard. He runs a tight ship among his staff, but allows those who worked on the station before him (Constable Odo, Quark, etc.) to have a bit of leeway in order to show that the Federation is there to help with order, not to dictate it. |
