  Episode Summary
Lieutenant Nog returns to Deep Space Nine after being fitted with a new leg after he lost his limb against the Jem'Hadar at AR-558 ("The Siege of AR-558"). Tired out from all the talking that he has had to do with Federation counselors, Nog wants nothing more than to return to duty. His leg, however, refuses to cooperate.

  Episode Quotes
Rom: (on the new Nog) He's a one-legged, crazy man!

Ezri: At first, it struck me as a little...peculiar, but after I thought it over, I began to think that maybe this is a good sign after all.
Quark: How can hiding in one of Julian's adolescent programs be a good sign?
Julian: Hey...
Jake: It could be worse. He could be hiding in the Alamo program.
Leeta: Or that ridiculous secret agent program.
Julian: (uneasy laugh) Hey...
Rom: Or that stupid Viking program.
Julian: Hey!

"The Siege of AR-559"
In his quarters as he lays down to rest, Nog turns on a song sung by the hologram Vic Fontaine. It is the same song that his uncle Quark had turned on while Nog was resting after losing his limb against the Jem'Hadar in "The Siege of AR-558".
