I just want to say, this was my favourite show off all time, which is not something that can easily be said, its like trying to say your fave movie of all time.

I liked this show so much, the cast was great, Scott Bakula was wicked, the CGI was great, everything, I used to look forward to this show so much, maybe because it was a prequel, so it was set before the others, somehow slightly more believable, I'm not sure, but I was so annoyed when I heard it was to be stopped, it really sucked.

And now there're no Star Trek shows at all, I hope they make another one, maybe another spin-off that has good writers, but is maybe produced in Canada or something, like Stargate, so it is cheaper, Enterprise was a great show and because it was made in the USA, cost a lot of dosh, which is why it was stopped I guess.

It isn't my favourite show of all time, but I did really like it a lot. I'm a long term fan of Star Trek dating back to my childhood when I saw the original when it first ran. Mr. Spock was my hero.

I liked Enterprise for a number of reasons that you already mentioned. It was particularly interesting to see life before the prime directive, the colour coded alert statuses and other elements of the Star Trek universe, and to see how these things developed.

It's the Braga curse! Look what happened with Threshold, too.

I really want to correct the grammar in your Enterprise summary.

Yah, thats sorted, threshold is crap, they should have spent the money they did on that, on a new series of enterprise, what a waste

There's bound to be a new one in a few years time. Hopefully, Braga won't be involved.

I'm gonna send some corrections your way for Enterprise and BSG.

I hope you are right about that. I just hope it doesn't end up being around 20 years like the gap between the original Star Trek and Next Generation.

B&B killed it, but Manny Coto is the man, he brought it back to a real Trek show on season 4.

Yes, but the damage was done by then. Season 4 rocked! Season 5 would have / could have been even better, but we’ll never know now.

Here's to hoping that the SciFi channel or somebody else picks it up. Wonder what the odds of somebody being able to keep the original cast is.

I think I recall an Enterprise episode costing about $1m to make, which is just too much for a cable channel to give, even though they are owned by NBC Universal. Give it a rest, and it will come back on the big and small screen.
