Log Entry:
*Captain's Log, Stardate 46360.8. Negotiations with the Cardassians have made little progress. I believe a military confrontation may be unavoidable.
*First Officer's Log, supplemental. I have returned from the rendezvous point in the Lyshan system with Dr. Crusher and Lieutenant Worf. Captain Picard's fate is still unknown.

With this episode, Deanna Troi starts steadily wearing a "regulation" Starfleet uniform (blue, science) in place of her more common mauve jumper.
