1 :01x01 - Ambush

The King Katuunko of the Toydarians is ready to sign a treaty with the Separatists and Count Dooku in order to keep his people safe from the war, but as with all dealings with the Separatists, the talks quickly dissolve. It is up to Master Yoda and his Clone Troopers to defend the Toydarians from a Separatist Coup and an assassination attempt from Dooku's apprentice Asajj Ventress.

2 :01x02 - Rising Malevolence 1/3

While in orbit around the dying star Abregado Jedi Master Plo Kun and his fleet of Starships are attacked by a massive Separatist Starship called the Malevolent and it's secret weapon the Ion Cannon. Plo Kun's entire fleet is wiped out in one shot! Waiting for rescue Plo Kun and a handful of Clone Troopers fight for survival in the wreckage.

Meanwhile Anakin and his apprentice Ahsoka defy the council and set out on a rescue mission, hoping someone survived the devastating attack against all odds.

3 :01x03 - Shadow Malevolence 2/3

With the help of Padawan Ahsoka and Jedi Master Koon, Anakin uses his new long-range Y-wing bombers to lead a bold strike on General Grievous' warship, the Malevolence.

4 :01x04 - Destroy Malevolence 3/3

When General Grievous captures Padme Amidala and C-3PO, Anakin and Obi-Wan are sent to rescue the Senator before the eminent destruction of the Malevolence.

5 :01x05 - Rookies

While Commander Cody and Captain Rex are on an inspection tour of outposts manned by rookie clones, they arrive on the Rishi moon just after an infiltration of commando droids sent by the Separatist fleet.
Their outpost overtaken, four surviving rookies hide out until the arrival of Cody and Rex, then try to retake their station.
The Separatist droids have wired the "All Clear" signal to run at all times. A Separatist invasion is underway and the Republic must be alerted.

6 :01x06 - Downfall of a Droid

During a battle with the Separatists R2-D2 is lost and they must find him before the Separatists do because of the military secrets locked inside the droid.

7 :01x07 - Duel of the Droids

R2-D2 has been brought to General Grievous' secret listening post and Ahsoka and Anakin go out on a duel rescue & sabotage mission along with a replacement droid R3-S6.

8 :01x08 - Bombad Jedi

The Separatists think that Jar Jar Binks is a Jedi Knight. When the comically Gungan and C-3PO fight to save Padmé Amidala from doom at the hands of evil Viceroy Nute Gunray.

9 :01x09 - Cloak of Darkness

Luminara Unduli and Ahsoka Tano must hold off a boarding Separatist lead by Asajj Ventress. This is after they captured and handed over Nute Gunray to Captain Argyus and his Senate Commandos.

10 :01x10 - The Lair of General Grievous

Nahdarr Vebb and Kit Fisto, are chasing Nute Gunray and they enter General Grievous' sanctuary on the Vassek moon.

11 :01x11 - Dooku Captured

During their own attempt to kidnap Count Dooku, Anakin and Obi-Wan discover that the Sith Lord has already been captured by pirates.

"The winding path to peace is always a worthy one, regardless of how many turns it takes."

12 :01x12 - The Gungan General

Anakin and Obi Wan must team up with Count Duku to escape, with the help of Jar-Jar Binks after being captured.

13 :01x13 - Jedi Crash

When Anakin Skywalker is gravely injured during a rescue mission over the skies of a waring planet, It's up to Jedi General Aayla Secura and Ahsoka to go in search for a medical help in a hostile planet. The which they had crashed landed on after the rescue mission went wrong. Also, Aayla teaches Ahsoka a few lessons in the force about how Jedi most not have any personal attachments.

14 :01x14 - Defenders of Peace

Still lost in a hostile planet, Anakin, Ahsoka and Aayla must fight against a new Separatist weapon. The pacifist inhabitants of the world, the Lurmen, are put into a debate whether or not they must raise up arms against the threat of their world with the help of the Jedi, or continue their pacifist ways and surrender to the Separatists.

15 :01x15 - Trespass

Anakin and Obi Won are sent on a mission to find out and retrieve what happened to a missing clone trooper. While on the frigid planet of Orto Plutonia, the Jedi are caught in the middle of an escalating conflict between two inhabitants of the same solar system. One being a the Talz, the true inhabitants of the planet, and the other being the Pantauren, the greedy inhabitants of a nearby moon.

15 :01x16 - Hidden Enemy

While on a mission to liberate the planet of Christophsis from a Separatist siege, clone Marshal Commander Cody and clone trooper Captain Rex begin to suspect a traitor amongst their clone army. Cody and Rex begin to suspect this after a series of events takes place in a co-op mission with Jedi knights Anakin and Obi-Wan, leaving the commander, the captain and the Jedi to find out who the traitor is.

17 :01x17 - Blue Shadow Virus

After the capturing of three Separatist droids in Naboo, which contain information on the whereabouts of a secret Separatist bio-weapons lab, Padmé and Jar Jar travel back to their home planet in search for this Separatist lab. While they attempt to infiltrate the lab, Padmé and Jar Jar are captured, leading Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka to attempt to rescue their friends and halt the release of a deadly virus.

19 :01x19 - Storm Over Ryloth

Anakin's orders are ignored by Ashoka, which turns out bad for her. Anakin gives her a chance to redeem herself by teaching her to respect authority.

20 :01x20 - Innocents of Ryloth

To protect the droid guns keeping the Republic invasion force at bay, a deceptive tactical droid commander places Twi'lek prisoners in positions around the defensive guns as living shields. This prompts General Obi-Wan Kenobi and his loyal clones to undertake a rescue assault mission which is "difficult, but not impossible."

21 :01x21 - Liberty of Ryloth

With his forces stretched thin, Mace Windu must convince Twi'lek freedom fighter Cham Syndulla to help him save the capital city from the droids' destruction.

22 :01x22 - Hostage Crisis

To free crime lord Ziro the Hutt, bounty hunters seize control of the Senate Building and take hostages -- completely unaware that Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker is still inside.

23 :02x01 - Holocron Heist

Cad Bane infiltrates the Jedi Temple and attempts steal an ancient Jedi Holocron. It's up to Ahsoka, Anakin and Obi-Wan to stop the bounty hunter from escaping with the valuable Jedi artifact.

24 :02x02 - Cargo of Doom

Anakin and Ahsoka intercept Cad Bane's warship, hoping to recover the stolen Jedi Holocron, but the Jedi underestimate the bounty hunter's cunning tactics.

25 :02x03 - Children of the Force

After outwitting his Jedi foes and escaping with the Holocron, bounty hunter Cad Bane sets into motion the next stage of his nefarious assignment: to find Force-sensitive younglings and take them to Mustafar for Sith training.
But Bane is merely the instrument of evil, a deadly distraction to occupy the Jedi while the true source continues to plot from the shadows. While he has been glimpsed in previous episodes -- and in his seemingly benevolent double-role as Supreme Chancellor of the Republic -- Darth Sidious emerges in 'Children of the Force' as a direct threat to the galaxy's future.

SpyAt the Jedi Council's request, Padmé investigates a Separatist conspiracy in the Senate.

Luminara and Anakin act as decoys to divert new enemy super tanks, while Padawans Barriss Offee and Ahsoka attempt to destroy a Separatist droid factory.

29 :02x07 - Legacy of Terror

When Luminara goes missing, Obi-Wan and Ki-Adi-Mundi lead a platoon of clones in search of her. When the search leads to a mysterious lair, the Jedi are faced with a horde of undead warriors.

30 :02x08 - Brain Invaders

When Geonosian brain worms take control of their supply ship, Ahsoka and Barriss must battle to stop the vessel from unleashing the deadly plague upon the galaxy.

31 :02x09 - Grievous Intrigue

A Jedi Master is taken hostage and tortured by General Grievous. Anakin, Obi-Wan and Adi Gallia devise a daring rescue plan, but they soon realize the General has a plan of his own.

32 :02x10 - The Deserter

While searching for General Grievous on a distant planet, Rex encounters a deserter.Forced to work together, Rex and the deserter learn about the respective causes that they fight to defend.

33 :02x11 - Lightsaber Lost

When a wily pickpocket steals Ahsoka's lightsaber, she enlists the help of an ancient Jedi to track down her weapon and reclaim her honor.

While investigating rumors of conspiracy surrounding Duchess Satine of Mandalore, Obi-Wan uncovers the truth about a mysterious Mandalorian plot.

34 :02x13 - Voyage of Temptation

As the Jedi and their clones defend Duchess Satine from assassination attempts, Anakin discovers that Obi-Wan and the Duchess have a history together.

35 :02x14 - Duchess of Mandalore

On Coruscant, word reaches Duchess Satine that Death Watch is mobilizing, sparking a pre-emptive Republic invasion. On the run from Republic authorities, Satine and Obi-Wan set off to discover the group's true motives.

36 :02x15 - Senate Murders

When Senator Onaconda Farr dies under suspicious circumstances, Padmé sets out to find the person responsible for the death of her favorite "uncle."

37 :02x16 - Cat and Mouse

Obi-Wan and Anakin must deliver supplies to Christophsis while the planet is under Separatist control. They encounter Separatist Commander Admiral Trench and get more than they bargained for.

38 :02x17 - Bounty Hunters

Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahoska form an uneasy partnership with four deadly bounty hunters to help protect a local spice farmer from Hondo Onaka and his band of pirates.

39 :02x18 - The Zillo Beast

The Republic's new super-weapon awakens the fearsome Zillo Beast of Malastare. Now the Jedi must devise a way to contain the deadly creature.

40 :02x19 - The Zillo Beast Strikes Back

Republic forces bring the Zillo Beast back to Coruscant for study. When it escapes, the Jedi must choose between saving millions of lives and destroying the Zillo Beast, the last of its kind.

41 :02x20 - Death Trap

A young boy wages war against the Jedi Knights who left him orphaned, bitter and alone. Along the way, he enlists the aid of some of the galaxy's most ruthless and deadly bounty hunters.

43 :02x21 - R2 Come Home

Anakin and Mace search for survivors on a downed ship, while R2 races against Gundar and bounty hunters to bring them aid.

44 :02x22 - Lethal Trackdown

45 :03x01 - Clone Cadets

Five headstrong clones struggle to complete their training on Kamino. These cadets -- Hevy, Cutup, Droidbait, Fives and Echo -- seem to be a "bad batch" and are unable to work as a team. As Shaak Ti and drill instructors Bric and El-Les debate the cadets' fate, the clones learn to work together and accept their destiny as soldiers.

46 :03x02 - ARC Troopers

The Republic learns of an impending Separatist attack on Kamino, and Anakin and Obi-Wan hurry to the planet. After the Republic repulses the Separatists' diversionary assault, the real attack begins. Asajj Ventress, General Grievous and an army of droids rise out of the oceans, bent on destroying Kamino's clone production facilities. Rex, Cody, Fives and Echo lead the clones in a desperate defense of their home planet.

47 :03x03 - Supply Lines

Ryloth is under siege. Trapped on the surface, Jedi Master Di rallies the local forces with the help of Cham Syndulla. Desperate to save them, Senator Bail Organa and Representative Jar Jar Binks are dispatched to the planet of Toydaria, where they must convince the King Katuunko to send aid.

48 :03x04 - Sphere of Influence

Chairman Papanodia's family is kidnapped and held for ransom. Ahsoka must team up with the Senator from Pantora, Riyo Chuchi, to aid the new chairman in recovering his family before the Trade Federation can unduly influence the future of his planet.

49 :03x05 - Corruption

Ryloth is under siege. Trapped on the surface, Jedi Master Di rallies the local forces with the help of Cham Syndulla. Desperate to save them, Senator Bail Organa and Representative Jar Jar Bink's are dispatched to the planet of Toydaria, where they must convince the King Katuunko to send aid.

50 :03x06 - The Academy

Much to her chagrin, Ahsoka Tano is assigned to teach a class at the cadet academy on Mandalore. Soon after she arrives, however, some of her students -- including Duchess Satine's zealous nephew -- are drawn into a treacherous plot.

51 :03x07 - Assassin

Tasked with protecting Senator Padme Amidala during a political mission to Alderaan, Ahsoka Tano is plagued by recurring visions of the presumed-deceased bounty hunter, Aurra Sing. Unable to clear her mind, Ahsoka begins to worry that the stress of war is finally taking its toll on her.

52 :03x08 - Evil Plans

In the middle of a routine shopping trip on Coruscant C-3PO is abducted by the bounty hunter Cad Bane. Bane is looking for information about the Senate building on behalf of Jabba the Hutt. Finding C-3PO devoid of useful information, Bane and his accomplices kidnap R2-D2 and extract the vital data, before memory wiping the droids of the incident, and letting them on their way. The floor-plans and security details of the Senate building are part of a plot engineered by the Hutt families to free their imprisoned brother, Ziro the Hutt, who holds potentially damaging information about Hutt activities.
