Teyla Emmagan, played by Rachel Luttrell
Teyla is a native of the Pegasus Galaxy, her home planet being Athos, who agreed to join Sheppard's team to defeat the Wraith. She is the leader of her people who now live on the mainland near Atlantis. She has the special ability passed down from her father that allows her to sense the Wraith coming and connect to them when they are in close proximity. |
