Recap
Maj. Sheppard, Lt. Ford, Dr. McKay, and Teyla are in a puddle jumper and they are fleeing from two Wraith dart ships. They suspect damage was done to their weapons by the darts. Teyla wonders where the short range darts could have come from; was it from a gate, or a Wraith Hive ship?..

Episode Quotes
McKay: So… just to confirm… we’re all still… definitely not dead…
Teyla: I feel very much alive.
McKay: Good. Same here.
Sheppard: Wish I knew what that was!
Ford: Looked like lightning.
Sheppard: Space lightning?!?
McKay: I already said… it’s some sort of an energy weapon. One that apparently destroys Wraith darts.
Ford: Nice. But, why them and not us?
McKay: Well, assuming that we’re still alive, and there doesn’t appear to be any damage as a result of the pulse I think we can safely conclude that, uh… ummm… ummm… I got nothing… I got nothing to conclude, I’m just talking for the sake of talking… you know how much I hate certain death?
McKay: Word of caution – the whole ‘Captain Kirk’ routine is problematic to say the least, let alone morally dubious.
Sheppard: What routine?
McKay: Romancing the alien priestess? It’s very 1967 of you…
Episode Goofs
The Ancient claims the terms of her punishment prohibit her from helping anyone except the people of the world where she resides. She emphasizes this by stating that this is what makes it punishment, and this is why she cannot accept refugees. But in the earliest part of the episode, she destroyed several Wraith darts to protect the Earth explorers. It is possible that the terms of her punishment permit her to act against any possible threat to her world, such as hostile aliens in its vicinity – but that is not how she described it.
