Episode Notes
Atlantis now has a fully functional Zero Point Module as of this episode delivered to them from Earth by the Daedalus.

Atlantis now has a ship to go back and fourth between Earth and Atlantis to move supplies and troops at this point.

Atlantis can now dial the gate to Earth with the ZPM.

4 hive ships are destroyed in this episode, the one destroyed by the Genii nuke in the Jumper and the 3 the Daedalus destroyed using the Asgard transporter system.

The Asgard put a failsafe in the system that prevents the transporter being used as a weapons platform, but an Asgard onboard is able to override this failsafe, as was done in the episode.

The Wraith created and distributed a transporter jamming code that prevents the Daedalus from beaming nuclear weapons onboard the Hive ships.

Paul McGillion (Dr. Carson Beckett) joins the regular cast in this episode.

Rainbow Sun Francks continued to be credited as one of the Main Cast in this episode, although that would soon end early in this season.

Episode Quotes
Rodney: Whoa, whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa. What is this? This is my security escort?!
Elizabeth: Well, we are spread a little bit thin right now.
Rodney: Okay. (to the Marines) You need to know that if we come under fire, you're gonna have to put your lives on the line to protect me.
Elizabeth: Rodney!
Rodney: OK, I mean the ZedPM. You need to protect the ZedPM at all costs...and me.
