SG-1 find themselves in a beautiful planet. It has a big garden and after a while they find some metallic chambers with people inside. They also find some empty ones and suddenly are knocked unconscious and trapped to the chambers.

SG-1 finds an interesting orb on a planet and they decide to take it back to Earth for further study. Something goes wrong and the orb starts acting strangely. When they try to get it off of Earth, the orb starts attacking everyone and Jack gets hurt.

Sam is warned that her father is dying and she sees that the only way to save him is if he becomes a host to a Tok'ra called Selmak so she proposes that to the Tok'ra council in hopes that she can save her father and convince the Tok'ra to join with Earth.

SG-10 are on an alien planet when suddenly they find themselves being sucked into a black hole. They try to get away but the black hole won't let them so they are slowly dying. Earth's gate is connected to that planet's gate and it can't shut down so now Earth is at risk of being sucked through the back hole too.

SG-1 finds an old Goa'uld enemy called Ma'chello. The problem is that Ma'chello decides that he doesn't want to die so he arrange things so that he can change bodies with Daniel. Ma'chello (in Daniel's body) manages to fool everyone and come back to Earth where he goes on a little "vacation". Meanwhile Daniel is stuck on Ma'chello's body and is dying.
