While on a planet, Jack has his head trapped by an strange device and the knowledge of the Ancients is downloaded into his brain. The only problem is that the human brain hasn't got the capacity to process that amount of information, and Jack's brain is slowly shutting down.

| |
For a supposed language expert, Daniel is pretty poor at translating basic Latin. When Jack said "ego indeo navo locas," Daniel had to translate the phrase slowly and even look up locas. OK, so Ancient isn't actually Latin, but that sentence is in Latin, so he should have been able to translate it without a second thought. |
