Episode Notes
This was Stargate's 100th episode.
As of 2006, this is the only episode of the series to break the fourth wall, as Christian Bocher briefly addresses the audience as himself and not as his character.
Benjamin Ratner (Studio Executive) would later play Dr. Hutchinson in the Season Ten episode "
Morpheus".
In the first
Wormhole X-Treme set scene, stunt coordinator and Sgt. Siler actor
Dan Shea can be seen in the background.
Christian Bocher (Raymond Gunne/Dr. Levant) previously played Major Newman in the Season Three episode "
Shades of Grey".

(long pause) You okay?
Dr. Levant: Damn it, Colonel! Just because they're aliens and their skulls are transparent doesn't mean that they don't have rights!
Peter DeLuise: You realise this is not a real show, right?
Michael DeLuise: What are you talking about? You're saying that Wormhole X-Treme is not a real show. We did all this…all this is--
Peter DeLuise: Yeah, it's not a real show. It's a fake show.
Michael DeLuise: Does my agent know about this?
Yolanda Reese: How come I never get to kiss anybody?
Director: Well, it's…uh, there's being episodes written for you…very soon.
Yolanda Reese: Sure.
As Nick Marlowe/Colonel Danning is performing on camera)

(the scene ends – Nick Marlowe/Colonel Danning looks down at his uniform)
Nick Marlowe/Colonel Danning You know, it doesn’t say “Colonel.” Anyone ever think about that?
Director Umm… it’s just a figure of speech.
Nick Marlowe/Colonel Danning Well, it’s a figure of speech I can’t “figure” out, because I’m not seeing “Colonel” on my uniform. (laughs)
