Stargate Universe: Air (1)
A SGC research team on an alien planet comes under attack and is forced to evacuate through a Stargate set to a distance universe via the ninth chevron. They find themselves aboard an Ancient vessel billions of light years away, a vessel with waning life support and no signs of life.

An enormous ship traveling through space begins to come to life as a Stargate in the hold activates. Lt. Matthew Scott of SG Command comes shooting through. Just as he gets his bearings more civilians and SG personnel come through the gate one at the time, propelled by an enormous energy discharge. One of the civilians, Dr. Nicholas Rush, examines the DHD device. The last person through is Colonel Everett Young, who is literally blasted out of the Stargate by a massive explosion on the other side. The Stargate shuts down from the power overload and Scott moves to examine his injured commander. Young tells Scott to assume command before he passes out from the pain. Episode Notes
Camille Wray (Ming-Na) is the first openly homosexual character to appear in the Stargate franchise.
Given that they both previously appeared in the Stargate SG-1 episode "Children of the Gods" and the Stargate Atlantis episode "Rising", RIchard Dean Anderson (Jack O'Neill) and Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson) are the only actors to appear in the pilot episodes of all three series in the Stargate franchise.
