1 :01x01 - Stingray (Part 1)

Mexican drug lord Tony Mendoza is returning to California. However, before he reveals himself to the other crime bosses, he extracts revenge on the DA that kicked him out of the country. He kidnaps the DA and gives him shock treatments and reduces his mental capacity to that of a 6 years old. Daphne Delgado, his assistant calls in the mysterious man known only as Ray to get to the bottom of it.

2 :01x02 - Stingray (Part 2)

Ray follows two vehicles from the scene of Tony Mendoza's second victim and finds out where they received the shock treatments. He calls in a favor and goes in undercover trying to find out what is really going on. There he meets Evelyn, who wants to get out.

Ray goes undercover on behalf of a grieving mother to find out what happened to her son, an illegal immigrant. He ends up calling in a favor to gain a wife to infiltrate a drug harvesting operation.

Ray looks into the disappearance of a diver at an underwater research center.

A psychiatrist approaches Ray to have him determine why patients are disappear at the asylum where she works. However, Ray soon discovers that she's not what she appears to be.

9 :01x09 - Less Than the Eye Can See

A dying man stumbles up on Ray's doorstep. It turns out that the man is infected with engineered smallpox virus. Fighting against time and the possibility of infection, Ray must determine the source of the virus and stop a deranged man from unleashing it in the city's water supply.

Ray is hired to track down a serial killer who is a member of tent revival show.

An aeronautical company's experimental sealed space station simulation turns up unexpected results: all of the crew except one are dead and the survivor is deranged. They "hire" Ray to participate in a playback of the test to see what happened... and stop it from happening again.

A bumbling pair of thieves steal from an old man, unaware he's actually a retired Mafioso. One thief's sister hires Ray to get them out of it before it's too late.
