Isn't the show on Cinemax a remake of this British show? It doesn't have the same cast.

It would appear that the Cinemax showing was actually the first episode of season 2 of the British show.

See the description here where they mention 2 new characters join the show.

How Cinemax can claim this as an "Original" series when it started in Britain last year is beyond me.

Isn't it Original cos they've paid some/all of the production costs and are the first to be showing it. ?
