In the aftermath of Matt and Harriet's broken relationships, flashbacks tell the story of how Matt and Harriet met for the first time. Matt thinks back to his early days as a writer and how he and Luke competed over Harriet's affections. Meanwhile, Danny and Jordan's relationship continues to grow and Tom and Dylan stress over whether or not their sketch will survive the "Friday night slaughter".
