| Jimmy: But when I showed Perry the photos, he said they just weren't front page. What I'll need a picture of? Luthor kissing a donkey? | (Karkull seals the Daily Planet building)
Lois: Here's your page one, Jimmy. If we live to see it... | Psychic Girl: My real name is Doris, but my elf friends call me Rainsong.
Dan Turpin: Okay, Tink, back to Neverland. | Dr. Fate: I know all about Karkull. I fought him a century ago. Thought I'd won. But if there's anything I've learned from a lifetime of combat is that victory is an illusion. No matter how thoroughly you exterminate the evil, it creeps back like a cockroach.
Superman: Well, it's time to step on it again! | Dr. Fate: Superman! You and I are alike, you know? We're masters of our destiny. Don't waste your life in endless battle as I did. Not when the universe beckons.
Superman: You're wrong, Fate. We're nothing alike! | Jimmy: Holy...!
Lois: Bad choice of words, Jimmy. |

| Dan Turpin: (to Psychic Girl) Okay, Tink, back to Neverland.
Dan Turpin was referring to Tinkerbell, the fairy featured in the children's story Peter Pan, written by J. M. Barrie. It also features Neverland, the magical island where humans cease to age. Essentially, Dan was saying that she lives in a fantasy world. | Psychic Girl: I read about him in this book we sell down at my store 'The Dancing Hobbit'...
Hobbits are small creatures (smaller than dwarfs) with hairy feet created by J.R.R. Tolkien and featured in his novel The Hobbit (1937) and in his epic three-volume novel The Lord of the Rings (1954-55). |
