| This episode is dedicated to the memory of Jack Kirby (1917-1994). The dedication appears at the end of the episode:

Also, at the end, many other members of the New Gods are visible in the background when Orion shows up, such as Big Barda, Metron, Lightray, Black Racer, Mister Miracle and Forager, which he co-created.
