Abbott & Costello's classic routine, "Who's on first?" features them discussing a baseball team where the players have confusing names such as Who, What, Where, Because, and so on. Thus, the first baseman is Who, leading to the question/statement, "Who's on first?" Abbott makes the statement, and Costello thinks he's asking a question and doesn't know the answer.
