Supernatural: The Girl Next Door
After escaping the Leviathans in Sioux Falls, the brothers hole up in Montana to heal their injuries. However, Sam reads about a local case of an icepick killer and takes off on his own to deal with it despite his recent mental issues.

Dean wakes up at the hospital emergency room at Sioux Falls General Hospital as the doctors work on him. The attending physician tells him that Sam bashed his head and the doctors are giving him a MRI. When Dean wakes up later, he discovers that he’s in bed with a cast on his broken right leg. He tries to get out of bed and ends up on the floor due to the morphine. Bobby arrives, dressed in a suit, and explains that he got out of his house before the Leviathans burned it.
