Under ett slagsmål med en demon får Dean en elchock som gör att hans hjärta blir allvarligt skadat och det är bara en frågan om tid innan han kommer dö. Grim Reaper
In various religions on Earth, the Grim Reaper is seen as the Angel of Death that carries the souls of the recently departed into their afterlife.
In literature, the Grim Reaper is often shown wearing a dark cloak and carrying a scythe. It become a figure of death in several stories, movies, and television shows and its presence often means that a character will die, similar to this episode. However, traditionally the Grim Reaper only carries away the recently deceased souls, not take their life from them as seen in this episode.
